All this talk about the US Supreme Court. The Democrats are rushing to get in a new justice quick before midterms because Republicans are threatening to not process any nomination if they gain control.
Yet neither side is wanting to actually fix it by making a constitutional amendment outlining rules of setting a maximum time limit to confirm a nominee. Term limits would be a nice one to add too so the justices don't feel forced to stay on for the good of the party.
